The FMF Racing PowerBomb header is a performance-enhancing exhaust component for four-stroke engines. This strategic placement results in an approximate 10% increase in flow, allowing exhaust gases to expand, cool, and re-accelerate at higher velocities. Beyond performance gains, the PowerBomb header functions as a pre-muffler. Its design provides additional surface area to absorb sound, helping to lower the motorcycle's overall decibel output. Depending on the specific model, FMF offers a 'moto' version optimized for mid to upper RPM power, and a 'supercross' version focused on low to mid-range power. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this header weighs only 2 lbs. It is important to note that this component is for closed-course use only and is not for use with a stock muffler.
