The Pusher Powerflow Intake Manifold / Turbo Inlet Package is designed to enhance airflow for 2015-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. It replaces the restrictive factory intake manifold, which causes disrupted airflow due to its EGR boss and a solid wall. This redesign redirects EGR flow and eliminates the obstruction, resulting in a 66% increase in airflow. The package also includes an upgraded turbo inlet, engineered to provide a 15% airflow increase over the stock design while maintaining factory mounting points and CCV plumbing.

The Pusher Powerflow Intake Manifold / Turbo Inlet Package directly addresses the airflow limitations inherent in the stock intake manifold of the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. The factory design disrupts airflow immediately after the throttle valve due to the EGR boss and a solid wall, forcing air into an inefficient spiral pattern. Pusher's innovative design redirects the EGR flow to join the intake stream at a more optimal angle and removes the obstructing "wall," leading to a significant 66% increase in airflow. Recognizing that the turbo inlet is integrated into the manifold on 2015 and newer models, this package includes a specially engineered turbo inlet. This component is designed to deliver a 15% increase in airflow compared to the stock unit, all while preserving the factory mounting points and CCV plumbing. This intake system is 50-state legal with CARB E.O. D-879. It is compatible with Pusher's cold and hot side charge tubes and most major cold air intake designs. However, it is not compatible with 2015-2016 Cab Chassis vehicles (F450 / F550).
