The Bosio PowerPlus 520 injector nozzle set represents a significant upgrade for TDI engines, leveraging decades of manufacturing expertise and advanced technology. While nominally a .205 size, their superior tip design allows them to flow fuel like a standard .216 nozzle, offering enhanced performance. Engineered with an optimized spray pattern, closer tolerances, and hardened wear surfaces, these nozzles are built for durability and consistent performance. Many users also report improved fuel economy in various driving scenarios. This can unlock the full potential of the PP520s. Installation is straightforward as they are sold as a set of four and include a new set of OEM copper crush washers. These nozzles are specifically recommended for vehicles with manual transmissions. Automatic transmission vehicles may see better results with PP357 nozzles. They are compatible with stock turbos but perform best with an upgraded turbo and supporting engine tune.
