The Fratelli Bosio PowerPlus 520 is an injector nozzle set designed for improved performance. These nozzles feature an optimized spray pattern and closer tolerances than OEM parts. They offer more power and torque, along with less exhaust smoke and potentially improved fuel economy.

This set is recommended for vehicles with a manual transmission. For automatic transmission vehicles, PP357 nozzles are suggested. The set includes four nozzles and a new set of OEM copper crush washers.

The Fratelli Bosio PowerPlus 520 injector nozzle set applies industry-leading technology to enhance diesel engine performance. While the actual nozzle size is .205, their superior tip design allows them to flow like a standard .216 nozzle. These nozzles are recommended for vehicles equipped with a manual transmission, and when paired with a turbo upgrade, they produce less smoke at wide-open throttle. They can also be used effectively with stock turbos. Product features include an optimized spray pattern, closer tolerances, and hardened wear surfaces, all contributing to more power and torque compared to OEM parts. Additionally, users can expect less exhaust smoke for equivalent power output and, in many cases, improved fuel economy. On a stock manual transmission engine, expected gains are approximately +20 hp and +35 ft-lb of torque. This set is sold complete with four nozzles and a new set of OEM copper crush washers. This set is specifically designed to fit the following Volkswagen TDI models: 1998-2003 New Beetle TDI, 1996-2003 Golf/Jetta TDI (excluding IDI models), and 1996-1997 Passat TDI. Automatic transmission vehicles are advised to use PP357 nozzles instead.
