PowerPort 190cc Assembled Aluminum Cylinder Head

The Trick Flow PowerPort 190cc cylinder head is a high-performance upgrade designed for small block Mopar engines, offering a significant increase in airflow and power. This assembled cylinder head is constructed from lightweight yet durable A356-T61 aluminum. It features CNC Street Ported intake and exhaust runners, with intake runners at 190cc and exhaust runners at 81cc, designed to optimize airflow for maximum power gains. The combustion chambers are CNC-machined and feature a heart shape with a volume of 60cc. This head is engineered to accommodate larger 3/8" pushrods for use with flat tappet and hydraulic roller camshafts, and includes bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seats for improved performance and longevity. The assembled head comes with premium 11/32" stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs rated for a maximum lift of 0.680 inches, steel valve stem locks, and chromoly retainers. This cylinder head is compatible with all non-emissions 318, 340, and 360 engines from 1967-2003, fitting both LA and Magnum-series engines. This compatibility allows Magnum builders to use readily available LA engine parts like intake manifolds and valve covers. For Magnum engines, specific shaft mount roller rocker arms (Harland Sharp S72025K or S72026K) are required for proper oiling. It is recommended to use Trick Flow Specialties head bolts or studs and, depending on the engine series, appropriate Harland Sharp rocker shaft systems for LA or Magnum blocks.
