The CURT PowerRide 30K 5th Wheel Hitch is engineered for heavy-duty 5th wheel towing. It features a cast steel main body with a dark grey teridium finish for rust resistance. The hitch has an ergonomic, self-resetting handle for easier operation from the side of the truck bed, and a multi-directional, cast yoke head for a smooth ride and reduced strain on the truck. It utilizes patented interlocking jaws for full kingpin contact and coupling security, and integrated wear plates for smooth, grease-free operation and extended longevity. The head is easily removable with a single pin, breaking down the hitch into smaller, lighter components for easier handling. It offers 4 inches of height adjustment and strategic grip points for ergonomic moving. This hitch is designed for long-bed Ford Super Duty pickups (F-250, F-350, F-450) equipped with the OEM truck bed puck system, with no welding or fabrication required for installation. It is rated for 30,000 lbs. Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) and 7,500 lbs. vertical load, tested according to SAE J2638 specifications.
