Overview

The Yuminashi Powersports ECU is a significant upgrade for your motorcycle's performance. It features self-learning fuel and ignition mapping to automatically adjust for optimal performance and safety while you ride.

This ECU removes the previous 9500 RPM limiter, allowing for higher engine speeds. It integrates seamlessly by replacing the original ECU, offering an easy installation process. The unit learns and stores fuel and ignition settings using the existing OEM O2 sensor, requiring a short break-in period for optimal adaptation.

It features self-learning fuel and ignition mapping, automatically adjusting to provide precise and safe performance. This process occurs while you ride, leveraging the engine's OEM O2 sensor to learn and store optimal settings in closed-loop. Be aware that the initial kilometers after installation are an 'learning' phase. Key enhancements include the removal of the stock RPM limiter, which was previously set at 9500 RPM. For users with big bore kits or 2/4 valve cylinder heads, it is recommended to install a larger injector to compensate for increased fuel demands, as the stock injector has limitations. Installation is straightforward, involving the direct replacement of the original ECU. The ECU Powersports was initially developed for the OG MSX/GROM125 (2013-2015) but is also compatible with several other PGM-FI models. For installations on the MSX/GROM125 SF or 2019 CRF110F PGM-FI, specific guides should be followed. Compatible vehicle models include: BLADE 125i / SUPPRA X 125 PGM-FI, BIZ 125 (2014- ), MSX125/GROM125 (2013- ), MSX125 SF / GROM125 SF (2017- ), and WAVE125i (2014- ). A 5-speed Monkey model was confirmed as incompatible.
