The AMP Research PowerStep XL running boards are engineered to provide enhanced accessibility for lifted or oversized Jeep Wrangler JL 2-Door vehicles (2018-2024). These power-retractable steps automatically deploy when a door is opened and retract after a three-second delay when the door is closed. They extend 4 inches lower than standard PowerStep boards, ensuring easier entry and exit. Constructed from durable die-cast aluminum, the PowerStep XL features a corrosion-resistant, military-grade PTFE coating and a wide, 6-inch slip-resistant step surface for secure footing. The integrated LED lighting illuminates the steps and the ground below, improving visibility and safety during low-light conditions. These boards boast a robust 600-pound load capacity, offering superior strength and reliability. Installation involves mounting to the vehicle's rocker panel and includes a vehicle-specific installation guide, mount kit, and hardware. Professional installation is recommended. An optional override switch is available for manual control of the steps. The PowerStep XL comes with a 5-year limited warranty. **Important Fitment Note:** This product does not fit diesel applications.
