The Superior Transmission Parts PT4R100 is a high-performance PowerTow Kit engineered for E4OD and 4R100 transmissions. This kit is specifically designed and tested for hauling, fleet, and commercial units, offering "Programmer Friendly" performance levels adaptable to both gas and diesel engines. The PT4R100 kit focuses on improving transmission operation by firming shifts and increasing holding power, while also reducing clutch slippage and heat buildup. It enhances cooler flow, upgrades lube circuits, and ensures full-time lubrication to critical components. The kit provides several different performance levels to suit various needs. Installation of the PT4R100 kit can be performed in-vehicle during a transmission rebuild or when upgrading the torque converter or internal components. It is a direct upgrade for the E4OD and 4R100 transmissions, intended for today's demanding computer-controlled automatic transmissions.
