The Brabus PowerXtra B40S-800 is a performance kit designed for Mercedes-AMG GLE/GLS 63S models. This kit includes two Brabus special turbochargers with larger compressor units and modified core assemblies.

It significantly boosts the engine's output from the stock 450 kW/612 hp to 588 kW/800 hp. The kit is compatible with the 1x-167 GLS 63 and 1-v-167 GLE 63 platforms.

The Brabus PowerXtra B40S-800 performance kit is engineered to significantly enhance the driving experience of the Mercedes-AMG GLS 63 S and GLE 63 S models. This comprehensive kit features two specially designed Brabus turbochargers, each equipped with a larger 52 mm compressor unit and modified core components, including reinforced thrust bearings for improved durability and performance. To complement these hardware upgrades, the kit incorporates the Brabus PowerXtra control module. This module is a plug-and-play solution that seamlessly integrates with the vehicle's standard engine management system. Upon installation, the PowerXtra B40S-800 kit delivers a substantial power and torque increase. Peak torque is elevated from the original 850 Nm to an impressive 1000 Nm. The rated output sees a dramatic rise, jumping from 450 kW (612 hp) to 588 kW (800 hp). This power upgrade dramatically reduces acceleration times, with the GLE 63 S achieving 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds (down from 3.8 seconds) and the GLS 63 in 3.8 seconds (down from 4.2 seconds). The top speed for the GLE 63 S models and the GLS 63 with the optional SA250 package remains at 280 km/h (174 mph), while the standard GLS 63 reaches 250 km/h (155 mph).
