PPE Turbo Inlet and Intake Manifold Kit - Ford 6.7L Power Stroke 2015-2016 - Raw 315053000

The PPE Performance Intake Manifold effectively eliminates stock bottlenecks by utilizing large 3.25-inch stainless steel tubing, combined with hydroformed runners that seamlessly direct even airflow into both cylinder heads. The restrictive EGR boss has been eliminated, creating an unobstructed flow path. Furthermore, the EGR inlet port has has been carefully repositioned and angled to ensure even distribution of fresh air and EGR gases to both banks, maximizing volumetric efficiency. The kit includes a redesigned stainless steel EGR pipe and new EGR gaskets. The PPE Performance Intake Manifold achieves a 69% higher maximum flow rate than the stock component. On the turbo inlet side, our system features a four-inch stainless steel turbo inlet, paired with a dry-carbon-fiber airbox duct. Both of the PPE components maintain a fully round shape and 4-inch diameter, ensuring higher flow efficiency and reducing frictional losses. Additionally, the factory plastic two-chamber turbo resonator has been removed, reducing air turbulence and weight, while enhancing turbo sound.
