Precision Billet Turbocharger

The CTS Turbo Precision 5530 Billet turbocharger is engineered as a direct-fit upgrade, intended to replace the Garrett GT3076R. It showcases Precision Turbo and Engine's exclusive CEA (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) compressor wheel, crafted from a 2618-forged aluminum blank. This design enhances efficiency and reduces turbo lag, contributing to maximum power output and improved performance. At its core is a liquid-cooled, dual ceramic ball-bearing center housing rotating assembly (CHRA). The turbo features a 55mm inducer compressor wheel and a 56.5mm, 84 trim turbine wheel. Various compressor cover options are available, including "B" (2.8" inlet/2.0" outlet), "E" (3.0" inlet/2.0" outlet), "S" (4.0" inlet/2.5" outlet), and "Ported S" (4.0" inlet/2.5" outlet). Turbine housing choices encompass T25 (.64, .86 A/R wastegated), T3 (.63, .82, or 1.06 A/R with 4-bolt discharge, or .48 A/R with 5-bolt discharge), and Mitsubishi (.48 A/R). A wastegate actuator is optional and not included.
