The Precision Turbo PT6266 Gen 1 turbocharger is engineered to provide substantial power gains for performance builds that have reached their airflow limit. Utilizing a 66 mm CEA 2618 billet aluminum compressor wheel, this unit increases efficiency at high boost pressures while minimizing mass. It is supported by a dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA, which offers faster spool times and increased durability during high-load dyno pulls. Each turbocharger is built to order, allowing users to configure the unit with specific turbine housings, including T3 and T4 variants, as well as various A/R ratios to tailor performance for specific displacement engines. The 0.58–0.68 A/R options are typically suited for 2.5–3.5L street builds, while 0.70–0.84 A/R ratios are designed for 3.5–5.0L combinations. Larger 0.96–1.32 A/R housings are intended for high-RPM, big-displacement, or drag racing applications. Please note that this is a custom-built product assembled at Precision's facility with a standard lead time of 3–5 weeks. As a high-performance forced induction component, professional installation and proper supporting engine management or tuning are recommended to ensure reliability and peak performance. The unit is balanced to 0.2 grams and undergoes strict spec-testing before shipping.
