Preload Collar Lift Kit

The Westcott Designs Preload Collar Lift Kit is engineered for the 2024-2026 Toyota Tacoma, offering a non-traditional approach to lifting your vehicle. Constructed from CNC-machined components and available in raw aluminum or a durable black anodize finish, this kit aims to provide a factory-like appearance while enhancing stance and tire clearance. This kit achieves 2.50 inches of lift at the front and 0.75 inches at the rear by utilizing your existing factory shocks and springs. It includes all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation. Crucially, it preserves your factory ride quality and suspension geometry, ensuring that the vehicle can still be aligned to factory specifications post-installation. Upper Control Arms (UCAs) are not required, and the kit allows for the fitment of up to a 35-inch tire when paired with an appropriate offset wheel. Special considerations apply to TRD Pro (with Fox PRO Suspension) and Limited (with AVS Suspension) models, which will experience slightly less front lift (1.75" and 1.5" respectively). The Trailhunter model receives a front-only lift of an additional 1.5". Alignment specifications after installation should be: 0.2–0.4° positive camber, 0.4° caster split with the higher side on the right, and 0.1° toe out on each side for a total of 0.2° toe out. It is important to note that all Tacoma Lift Kits and Suspension Components are tested on 4x4 models, and fitment is not guaranteed for 4x2 models.
