The Airaid MXP Air Intake System is engineered as a comprehensive upgrade to your vehicle's air induction, replacing restrictive factory components to deliver substantial gains in horsepower and acceleration. This system begins with a custom-designed, one-piece roto-molded air box that directly addresses the limitations of the stock design. At its core is an AIRAID premium air filter, chosen for its ability to provide outstanding airflow and effective filtration. The system's intake tube is meticulously crafted from cross-linked, high-density polyethylene, utilizing extensive computer modeling to ensure precise calibration of mass air flow readings. Integrated fresh air ducting further optimizes airflow, while dedicated provisions are included for the factory mass air sensor and PCV breather tube. This design ensures a simple, bolt-on installation that does not require any recalibration of your vehicle's engine management system, allowing you to simply install it and benefit from improved performance.
