These shocks are constructed with a nitrogen charge within a 54mm shock body, promoting superior heat dissipation and reducing the risk of shock fade even under demanding conditions. The chrome-hardened piston rod ensures durability for aggressive terrain, and the shocks are built to military specifications, capable of operating in temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit. They have an extended length of 14.82 inches and a collapsed length of 9.89 inches, with a ten-stage variable valving system for optimal performance. The silver paint finish on the shock body helps to reduce corrosion, while the included rubber bushings provide superior absorption for a more comfortable ride. Installation is straightforward, typically taking between 1-2 hours.
