The Dobinsons L45-8185-R rear leaf spring is engineered to provide enhanced ride quality, durability, and load-handling performance for a variety of vehicle types, including 4x4s, trucks, and commercial vehicles. Dobinsons draws on over 60 years of manufacturing expertise to design springs that meet specific load and height requirements, making them suitable for both on-road comfort and off-road capability. Constructed from SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, these leaf springs are built for long-lasting performance. The manufacturing process is ISO9001:2008-certified, featuring tapered and thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution. They are also shot-peened and scragged to prevent sagging and extend service life. Military-wrapped eyes add strength and safety, while anti-friction inter-leaf liners ensure smoother, quieter operation. High-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts further reduce wear and noise. They are known to fit 2005-2015 Nissan Xterra RWD/4WD models.
