This premium version distinguishes itself with a 35% shorter shift throw compared to the stock shifter, allowing for faster and more decisive gear changes. A key feature is its "Factory Quiet" operation, achieved through a deluxe, insulated shifter lever that minimizes noise and heat transfer from the transmission into the car's interior, ensuring a comfortable driving environment. The shifter also boasts a "Simply incredible 2nd to 3rd shift" and a super-defined "H" pattern gate thanks to its 4-way adjustable centering springs. These springs allow for customization of the centering force, ranging from 15% to 255% over stock, providing a highly adaptable feel. Furthermore, the CUBE Speed Premium Short Shifter delivers a "Smooth, precise and mechanical shifter feel." This is accomplished by CUBE's unique pivot bush locking plate and meticulously machined components, which eliminate the vagueness often found in factory shifters, resulting in remarkably accurate gear engagement.
