The Tie Down 70864-L16 is a 12-inch screw-on commercial roof anchor designed for various safety applications. It features a 16-inch by 16-inch base with a 3/8-inch base thickness for stability.

This anchor is compatible with wood, metal, and concrete substrates. It is designed to extend through the roof, remaining accessible during and after construction, with a riser height range of 8 to 36 inches.
