The Wilwood 260-2220 Adjustable Proportioning Valve is engineered to give you precise control over your vehicle's braking system. This vital component allows you to fine-tune the front-to-rear brake bias by proportionally decreasing the rear brake line pressure, ensuring optimal stopping performance and stability under various conditions. Constructed from forged billet aluminum, this proportioning valve offers strength and durability in a compact design. It features a pressure adjustment range of 100-1000 PSI, with a fine-thread tuning knob that enables precise adjustments to the braking force. The valve weighs a mere 5.2 ounces and includes two .25-inch side mounting holes spaced 1.00-inch apart for convenient installation. The standard inlet and outlet ports are 1/8-27 NPT. The valve is supplied with two 1/8-27 NPT to 3/8-24 inverted flare female fittings, designed to be compatible with most domestic 3/16-inch hard brake lines. This makes integration into existing brake systems more straightforward.
