Pressurized Cartridge Kit

The Öhlins FKR 109 is a hypersport pressurized cartridge kit engineered with technology derived directly from Moto3, Moto2, and World Superbike championships. This kit utilizes a spring-pressurized system, offering a more user-friendly and simpler design compared to older gas-pressurized systems. The spring system eliminates the risk of gas leakage, provides a more consistent performance curve, and allows for a more compact design. Öhlins' TTX technology, combined with a newly designed piston and an 8mm piston shaft, reduces pressure build-up for faster damping response. This results in linear damping characteristics that enhance grip, improve bump absorption, and increase chassis stability, providing more tuning options for racers. The FKR 109 is built with a spring series of 04744-Serie and comes packaged with three different spring rates: 9.0, 9.5, and 10.0 N/mm (note: the 'Notes' section states 9.5, 10, and 10.5 N/mm, which should be clarified). It is specifically designed for models equipped with Öhlins forks FL 910 and FL 926. The kit is intended for racing use only and is not for use on public roads. Installation of the Öhlins FKR 109 cartridge kit is recommended to be performed by an authorized ÖHLINS Service Center. The kit is designed to fit Honda CBR1000RR SP models from 2017 to 2019, and also the CBR1000RR SP2 from 2017 to 2019. It is also compatible with 2014-2016 Honda CBR1000RR SP models that use the Öhlins FL 910 fork.
