The Zone Offroad 6" Suspension Lift Kit (P/N: ZONC40110) is designed for 2001-2010 Chevy/GMC 1500HD/2500HD/3500HD 4WD trucks, enabling clearance for 35" tires. It features heavy-duty differential skid plates, 1/4" steel crossmembers for corrected lower control arm geometry, and CNC machined replacement steering knuckles to improve strength and steering angles. The kit includes a rear lift block and longer U-bolts for a level stance and easy installation. Shock options include Nitro Series (nitrogen-charged, twin-tube, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving) and FOX 2.0 Adventure Series (2-inch diameter steel body, IFP monotube design, application-specific valving). This kit will not fit Avalanche or Suburban models, vehicles with factory auto-leveling rear suspension, or dually models without adaptation. A 1/4" wheel spacer is required for stock 20" rims. A carrier bearing drop kit is recommended for vehicles with a two-piece rear drive shaft to prevent driveline vibration.
