The Dart Pro 1 SBC 200 is an assembled aluminum cylinder head engineered to enhance the performance of Small Block Chevy engines. Constructed from a premium virgin 355-T61 aerospace alloy, these heads offer superior strength and integrity for demanding applications. This cylinder head features a redesigned heart-shaped combustion chamber that improves fuel distribution and combustion efficiency, fitting most standard pistons. The head is equipped with 2.020-inch intake valves and 1.600-inch exhaust valves, and includes 1.437-inch double springs. Its 200cc intake runners and 64cc combustion chambers are optimized for performance, while hardened exhaust seats ensure compatibility with unleaded gasoline. Manganese bronze intake valve guides and phosphorous bronze exhaust valve guides contribute to extended cylinder head life. Designed for bolt-on compatibility, the Pro 1 maintains standard valve angles and spacing, allowing for the use of off-the-shelf pistons and valve train components. It accommodates both angled and straight spark plugs for clearance with manifolds and headers, with spark plug holes machined for gasketed 3/4-inch reach plugs. A dual exhaust bolt pattern is also provided for easier header fitment. All cylinder heads are sold individually.
