The 4P Pro 163 CNC Head is a high-performance engine component from 4Piston Racing, engineered for significant airflow improvements and power gains. This V2 model, initiated on 11/10/2018, boasts a 400 CFM flow rate with a redesigned intake for superior performance. The head features slow-cut, 5-axis CNC porting for exceptional machining quality, and utilizes a 4 Piston 50-degree, 37mm valve that offers better flow and reduced weight compared to other 37mm valves. Construction highlights include a precision CNC valve job using the latest NEWEN Fixed Turning technology and full-length bronze manganese guides for enhanced valve stability. This head is recommended for All Motor Street, USAC Midget, and High HP open class Road Race applications, particularly for 2.4L+ displacement naturally aspirated engines running E85, Methanol, or Gasoline. While not primarily intended for high boost, some turbo applications have seen success. This head fits PRB Type S K20A2, RBC Civic Si, RSP, and PPA/PPL K24A1 CRV heads. Importantly, it does not fit in RBB TSX castings. All heads require a core, which can either be sent in by the customer or purchased from 4Piston Racing.
