Overview

The Jesel KPS-505209 is a Pro Series aluminum shaft rocker arm system designed for Chevy LS engines with CFE cylinder heads. This high-end valvetrain component is manufactured from a durable, shotpeen-finished 7000 series aluminum, suitable for elevated operating temperatures. The dual-diameter modular shaft design ensures rigidity and allows for enhanced bearing strap area to minimize deflection.

The Jesel KPS-505209 is a Pro Series aluminum shaft mount rocker arm system, originally developed for the NASCAR circuit and now available for select applications. Constructed from a custom blend of 7000 series aluminum and shot-peened for enhanced durability, these rockers are built to withstand the demands of endurance racing. The Pro J2K Series utilizes a unique dual-diameter modular shaft design. This allows for a .562” O.D. shaft bearing, increasing rigidity and reducing body deflection. The shaft also accommodates a .750” diameter clamping area and a 7/16" mounting stud for secure attachment. These rockers come standard with a .250” needle nose roller, with an optional Tool Steel Ball Adjuster available for increased thread area. This rocker arm system is specifically designed for Chevy LS engines and CFE cylinder heads, with a 1.7 ratio suitable for rectangular port heads. It is compatible with a wide range of LS-based engines, including LS1, LS2, LS3, LS7, LS9, LSA, L76, L77, L98, and LSX variants. Applications include various Chevrolet Camaro and Corvette models, as well as Holden and HSV vehicles equipped with compatible LS engines.
