Description

This intake utilizes a unique 3-angle, 5.5-inch to 4-inch filter flow adapter housed in a durable black rotational-molded construction with a brushed-finish aluminum cover. It is dyno-tested to demonstrably increase horsepower and torque, leading to superior acceleration and improved pulling power. This system includes all necessary hardware and an oiled Toyota TRD Air Filter for installation. The design incorporates a low-restriction air filter within a specially molded housing topped with embossed aluminum. For race applications only, this intake is not emissions legal or warranted in some contexts. Specific fitment includes the FJ Cruiser and Tacoma models. It is important to note that this TRD Cold Air Intake may not be sold or financed simultaneously with a new vehicle. Additionally, the TRD SuperCharger (though not this specific intake) is not compatible with Flex Fuel Vehicles. The intake also features a vacuum indicator for filter service reminders.
