Pro-Comp Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated, bolt-on system builds upon the Procomp kit with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, alongside increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering capabilities within the caliper. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece calipers are exceptionally lightweight and possess superior strength and corrosion resistance. The kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets to ensure a direct bolt-on fit to OEM locations, accommodating the larger caliper size. The Supercomp kit utilizes a floating two-piece rotor design, standard on all Supercomp systems. This design allows the outer section of the rotor to shift slightly, promoting better self-centering in the caliper, reducing brake drag, and boosting overall performance through more even pad application. Rotors are available in either cross-drilled (recommended for daily driving due to cooler running temperatures) or slotted (recommended for track use) styles. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. The kit comes with SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. Included in the kit are two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), one set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, all necessary mounting components and hardware, and an owner's manual. The D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines enhance pedal response and provide a firmer pedal feel by preventing expansion under pressure.
