This front brake system is built upon the advanced technology of Ksport's Procomp kit but enhances performance with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, an increased number of pistons, and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering within the caliper. This design leads to reduced brake drag and improved performance through more even pad application. Constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, the lightweight, forged one-piece calipers offer unparalleled strength and corrosion resistance, and feature aluminum pistons for enhanced heat dissipation. The two-piece floating rotor design allows for slight movement, effectively managing thermal stresses and preventing warping or cupping of the braking surface, while the unique slot design helps reduce noise and expel gas and pad debris more efficiently. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended as they tend to run cooler than slotted options, which are better suited for track use. Included with the kit are D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Brake Pads, designed for optimal performance in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust and noise. Customization options are extensive, with calipers available in various standard and premium finishes, including high polish and custom color choices. This specific kit is designed for the Infiniti G25 models from 2010 to 2011. Standard kit components include two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), one set of SC5 street brake pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting components and hardware.
