Pro-Comp Plus Big Brake Kit

This kit integrates advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and ensure consistent performance by continuously cooling and refreshing the brake pad surface under braking. The Supercomp system builds upon the benefits of the Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, larger pistons, and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering within the caliper. Each caliper is constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, resulting in a lightweight yet incredibly strong and corrosion-resistant component. The calipers feature aluminum pistons for enhanced heat resistance and reliable operation, paired with CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that facilitate direct bolt-up to OEM caliper bracket locations. The two-piece floating rotor design is standard, allowing the outer section to shift as needed, which minimizes brake drag and improves performance through more even pad application. Rotors are available in either cross-drilled (recommended for daily drivers for cooler operation) or slotted (recommended for track use) options. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Included with the kit are SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use. These pads are designed to reduce brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads, while also minimizing noise and rotor wear. Stainless steel, D.O.T. compliant braided brake lines are also standard, preventing hose expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Ksport offers extensive customization options for caliper colors, including standard finishes like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish options and custom color finishes. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order and typically require a 4-6 week production and delivery time.
