The Dynatrac ProFloat XD60 axle assembly is a high-performance upgrade designed for extreme off-road applications in Jeep Wrangler JK models from 2007 to 2018. It is engineered to provide superior strength and durability compared to factory axles, offering enhanced ground clearance and robust construction with features like patented ProRock nodular-iron, high-pinion ProRock XD60 center section, 3.75-inch diameter variable wall thickness tubing, and a Dual-Sump High Volume (DSHV) oiling system. It includes Dynatrac-exclusive U.S.-made forged, double-heat-treated 1550 35-spline axleshaft assemblies, 1550LT knuckles with heavy-duty Dynatrac HD BallJoints, and forged 4140 fixed spindles with serviceable wheel bearings to support tires up to 44 inches. The assembly also incorporates optimized steering geometry, a high-capacity 13.25-inch brake upgrade, integrated track bar and ram-assist steering mounting, and DynaLoc locking hubs.
