The MMR Pro Kit Timing Chain Kit provides a complete solution for building 4.6 or 5.4 DOHC 32V Ford engines manufactured between 1996 and 2004. This kit is engineered to support extreme power levels, ranging from 600hp up to an impressive 3000hp, with proven durability exceeding 10,000 RPM and over 3000 HP. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide spectrum of use, from daily driving to dedicated full-race applications. Included in this kit are essential timing components and accessories for comprehensive coverage. Key components feature MMR Billet Upgraded Secondary Tensioners with ARP Bolts, MMR XHD Secondary Chains (marketed as the strongest available), Comp Cams Adjustable Billet Steel Heat Treated Primary Camshaft gears, an MMR Billet Steel Crankshaft gear, and MMR Billet Timing Chain Guides with replaceable wear strips. It also contains Genuine Ford parts, including 03/04 Cobra Primary Chain Tensioners, Secondary Cam gears, and Primary Chains. MMR backs this kit with a Lifetime Warranty to the original owner, with the exclusion of wearable guide strips. This timing chain kit is specifically designed to fit all 1996-2004 4.6 and 5.4 DOHC applications. However, GT500 applications will require pre-2007 DOHC valve covers and timing covers for compatibility.
