The Summit Racing™ Pro LS Automotive Camshaft is a Stage 4 camshaft designed for maximum acceleration in street/strip vehicles. It features 234 degrees of intake duration and 247 degrees of exhaust duration at 0.050 inch lift. This camshaft has an intake valve lift of 0.625 inches and an exhaust valve lift of 0.605 inches with factory rocker arms.

The Summit Racing™ Pro LS Automotive Camshaft (SUM-8711) is a Stage 4 camshaft engineered for maximum acceleration across the gear ratio spread in street/strip applications. This camshaft boasts a duration of 234 degrees at 0.050 inch lift on the intake side and 247 degrees on the exhaust side, with a lobe separation of 113.5 degrees. It offers an intake valve lift of 0.625 inches and an exhaust valve lift of 0.605 inches when used with factory rocker arm ratios. Designed with state-of-the-art lobe designs, this camshaft is built to pull strongly past 7,000 rpm, requiring a minimum of 150 lbs. of seat pressure and recommended valve springs. It features a 3-bolt camshaft gear attachment. The cam has an advertised duration of 283 int./297 exh. and a basic operating RPM range of 3,750-7,000 rpm. Important considerations for installation and use include: this camshaft is computer-controlled compatible and requires computer tuning. It is not for use with AFM (Active Fuel Management) or VVT (Variable Valve Timing) equipped engines. Summit Pro LS cams are intended for engines swapped into pre-pollution controlled vehicles and are not legal for use in registered emissions-controlled vehicles operated on public highways and roads. Valve springs are required and sold individually.
