Designed for ID/OD style connections, this clamp is intended for use with 2.50-inch exhaust tubing or components. For optimal sealing, the flared end (ID side) of the connection should have relief cuts or slots.

The CTS Turbo 2.5" Pro Seal Exhaust Clamp offers a simple and effective solution for joining exhaust system parts like pipes, mufflers, and catalytic converters. Its unique sealing mechanism and high clamp loads provide a secure connection without causing permanent deformation to the exhaust components, which preserves the ability to disassemble the system for servicing. Constructed from durable 4340 Stainless Steel, this clamp features a unitized design that simplifies part numbers, maximizes material efficiency, and reduces overall weight and cost. This means it's designed to fit over a 2.50" OD tubing that has been flared to a 2.50" ID, or over an exhaust component with a 2.50" ID inlet or outlet. For the best possible seal, the larger diameter (ID) side of the connection should ideally have relief cuts or slots.
