Description

The CTS Turbo 2.5" Pro Seal Exhaust Clamp offers a simple and effective solution for joining exhaust system parts like pipes, mufflers, and catalytic converters. Its unique sealing mechanism and high clamp loads provide a secure connection without causing permanent deformation to the exhaust components, which preserves the ability to disassemble the system for servicing. Constructed from durable 4340 Stainless Steel, this clamp features a unitized design that simplifies part numbers, maximizes material efficiency, and reduces overall weight and cost. This means it's designed to fit over a 2.50" OD tubing that has been flared to a 2.50" ID, or over an exhaust component with a 2.50" ID inlet or outlet. For the best possible seal, the larger diameter (ID) side of the connection should ideally have relief cuts or slots.
