The JE Pro Seal Head Gasket is a premium Multi-Layered Steel (MLS) gasket engineered by JE Pistons for Subaru EJ25 and EJ257 engines. Constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel, this gasket employs advanced manufacturing techniques, including in-line laser cutting and multi-stage embossing, to ensure exceptional quality and performance. The gasket features proprietary coating technologies with multiple layers, including fluoroelastomer (FKM), to provide superior sealing between the head and block. This advanced coating offers excellent resistance to extreme temperatures and chemicals, promotes conformability, and provides oxidation resistance. It also aids in easier removal after extreme temperature exposure, often eliminating the need for additional deck surfacing. Key specifications include a 100mm bore (3.937 inches) and a 1.00mm thickness (0.039 inches). It is important to note that only one gasket is included per purchase, and two are required for installation.
