The Circle D Specialties 07-13-05 Pro Series torque converter is engineered to elevate the performance of 6L80 and 6L90 based transmissions. With a 258mm diameter, this converter is recommended for heavy cars and smaller trucks, or as a street-oriented upgrade for larger power setups. It boasts a multi-disk configuration with 100 square inches of clutch lining specifically for Wide Open Throttle (WOT) lock-up, ensuring efficient power transfer under demanding conditions. Key construction features include furnace brazing and hand TIG welded turbine hubs for exceptional durability. The flanged impeller hub design prevents flex and enhances longevity, while the entire unit is meticulously hand-assembled to precise specifications. Available stall speeds range from 2800 to 3700 rpm, allowing for customization based on specific build requirements.
