Pro Series Big Brake Kit

This kit is designed as a direct bolt-on, eliminating the need for vehicle modifications during installation. It surpasses the Procomp kit with significantly larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, complemented by an increased number of pistons and advanced full-floating rotors that ensure optimal self-centering within the caliper for reduced drag and enhanced performance. Construction highlights include lightweight, forged one-piece calipers milled from aerospace-quality aluminum for exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. Each kit includes CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that facilitate a direct fit to the OEM caliper bracket location. The standard two-piece floating rotors allow for slight movement, promoting better self-centering and contributing to a more even pad application and reduced drag. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors, with cross-drilled recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation and slotted for track-focused applications. Included are SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, optimized for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust (by 50%+) and noise compared to race pads, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing a quicker pedal response and firmer feel by eliminating line expansion under pressure. Ksport offers a wide array of caliper color options, including standard painted finishes (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium high-polish finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium), along with custom color options. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. Fitment is confirmed for the 2009-2014 Mazda 2 models.
