Pro Series Cam Gear

The Skunk2 Pro Series Cam Gear is an adjustable engine component engineered to maximize horsepower and torque by precisely tuning camshaft timing relative to the crankshaft. These Pro Series cam gears are constructed from lightweight, CNC-machined 7075-T6 billet aluminum, making them 35 percent lighter than OEM gears. This reduction in rotational inertia contributes to increased engine response and acceleration. The gears feature laser-etched timing and directional marks for quick and easy adjustments, with a range of +/- 10 degrees in one-degree increments. Skunk2’s signature six-bolt design eliminates gear slipping, and the hard-anodized teeth are precision-machined to reduce premature wear. Skunk2’s adjustable cam gears have a proven track record, having been tested on race cars in extreme conditions for over a decade. The outer gear is hard anodized for durability, while the center hub is titanium anodized for a racing aesthetic. These Pro-Series gears are also 5% lighter than Skunk2's already lightweight Tuner Series cam gears.
