The Skunk2 Pro Series Cam Gear is engineered to help tuners maximize horsepower and torque in Honda D-series engines by precisely adjusting camshaft timing. With the ability to adjust timing by +/- 10 degrees, users can tailor the power curve to their specific needs. The gear features laser-etched timing and directional marks for quick and accurate adjustments. Constructed from lightweight (35% lighter than OEM) CNC-machined 7075-T6 billet aluminum, this cam gear reduces rotational inertia, leading to increased engine response and acceleration. These adjustable cam gears have a proven track record in extreme racing conditions for over a decade. This cam gear requires a B-Series woodruff key, which must be supplied separately from a local Honda Dealership (OEM Part # 90741-657-000). The Skunk2 Pro Series Cam Gear is compatible with a range of Honda models including the 1988-2000 Civic (CX, DX, EX, GX, HX, LX), 1988-1991 CRX (Base, HF, Si), 1987 Wagovan (DX), and 1993-1997 Civic del Sol (S, Si).
