The ARP 154-4003 Pro Series Head Stud Kit is engineered specifically for 351 Windsor cylinder heads, making it suitable for both restoration projects and ground-up engine builds. These studs are cold-forged from 8740 chromoly for exceptional molecular integrity and heat-treated prior to thread rolling and machining, ensuring long-term durability under your hood. The kit features a black oxide finish for added protection. Each stud has a 1/2 in.-13 thread size and includes hardened parallel washers. These washers are crucial for distributing the load evenly and achieving accurate torque readings during installation. The studs are precision centerless-ground and thread-rolled to Mil-S-8879 specifications, with a yield strength of 200,000 PSI. This kit is designed for a wide range of Ford applications, including various Mustang models from 1964.5 to 1995, F-Series trucks from 1987-1997, and Broncos from 1979-1996, among others.
