Pro Series Head Stud Kit

The ARP 208-4301 is a Pro Series head stud kit engineered to enhance the performance and reliability of specific Honda D-series engines. Constructed from premium 8740 chromoly alloy, these studs are cold-forged for superior molecular integrity and then precisely heat-treated to a tensile strength of 190,000 psi. This process, combined with thread rolling after heat treatment, results in significantly improved fatigue strength compared to standard bolts. The kit features 12-point nuts and includes hardened parallel washers to ensure even load distribution and accurate torque readings during installation. These studs are designed for applications including various Honda Civic, CRX, Del Sol, and Acura Integra models from the mid-1980s to the late 1990s, as well as certain Rover models. Specific fitments include the 1986-1989 Acura Integra, 1988-1991 Honda Civic Si and CRX Si, 1992-1995 Honda Del Sol Si, and numerous other European, Japanese, and Australian market variants. This kit provides a more robust clamping force for the cylinder head compared to stock fasteners, making it suitable for performance builds or high-stress applications. The studs have a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance. The kit contains 10 studs, ensuring all necessary fasteners are provided for the specified D-series engines.
