The ARP 153-4001 is a Pro Series head stud kit engineered for enhanced engine performance and reliability. Constructed from 8740 chromoly steel, these studs are cold-forged to ensure molecular integrity and then heat-treated prior to thread rolling. This process significantly increases their fatigue strength, making them ideal for demanding applications. Each stud in the kit features a hex head style and a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance. Hardened parallel washers are included to provide even load distribution and facilitate accurate torque readings during installation. This kit contains 16 studs, suitable for a wide range of Ford engines.
