The Morel 4602 Pro Series hydraulic roller lifters are engineered for performance and high RPM applications in Small Block Chevy engines. Constructed with a durable billet body, these lifters are designed to withstand the demands of engines capable of reaching 7000 RPM. Each lifter features a .750-inch diameter roller wheel for reduced friction and improved longevity. The plunger travel is set at .120 inches, providing a precise response. These lifters also boast an 80% fill rate with test oil, contributing to consistent performance. Recommended spring pressures are 100-200 lbs for seat pressure and 280-400 lbs for open pressure. Designed for Small Block Chevy V8 engines with displacements from 262 to 400 cubic inches, these lifters have a standard .842-inch body diameter. The Pro Series design includes a clipped axle and tie-bars, intended for use in stock racing classes where some plunger travel is acceptable and contributing to a more solid valve train feel.
