The core itself is constructed using a controlled atmosphere furnace brazing process, complemented by Tig-welded end tanks. It also includes a built-in 7-plate engine and transmission oil cooler. Designed as a direct-fit upgrade, this radiator requires no modifications to your vehicle's existing cooling system components, making installation straightforward. It utilizes factory-sized 1.38-inch inlet and outlet connections to seamlessly integrate with stock hoses. The radiator's 2-1/4-inch thick core increases coolant capacity by one gallon without causing fitment issues, and features serpentine cooling fins for optimal airflow. This DeWitts radiator is specifically engineered for 2006 to 2013 Corvette C6 Z06 models equipped with a manual transmission and specifically *without* the Z07 package.
