The Circle D Specialties 38-13-04 is a Pro Series Stage III Billet Multi Disk Torque Converter, engineered for Ford 6R80 transmissions. This converter features a 245mm (9 3/4 inch) diameter, making it suitable for lighter vehicles and larger naturally aspirated engine setups. It is hand-assembled to exacting tolerances and includes features such as a furnace-brazed and hand-TIG welded design, Torrington bearings, a billet front cover, and a billet piston. For enhanced performance and durability, the torque converter is equipped with 100 square inches of clutch lining for robust Wide Open Throttle (WOT) lock-up. The Pro Series Multi Disk converters are available in three diameters: 245mm for lighter cars and big NA setups, 258mm for heavier cars, smaller trucks, bigger power setups, or performance street builds, and 265mm for very large power setups or heavy trucks.
