Pro Street Tuner

This kit allows users to either adjust specific parameters directly or upload the latest Engine Control Module (ECM) calibrations to align with the bike's current state of tune. This tuner provides the flexibility to account for variations between individual bikes and modifications to cams, heads, intake, and exhaust systems. It maintains closed-loop fuel control for improved fuel economy during part-throttle operation. The Pro Street Tuner communicates directly with the motorcycle's ECM, reprogramming its operating system rather than using a piggyback system that attempts to fool the ECM. Installation is straightforward, as it plugs directly into the bike's data port, eliminating the need for splicing or installing hardware under the seat. Furthermore, it is designed not to affect the Harley-Davidson factory warranty coverage. The Pro Street Tuner features a guided Smart Tune process for easy software navigation, enabling tunability that optimizes performance and drivability without compromising fuel efficiency, emissions, engine durability, or 50-State U.S. EPA compliance. It can store up to 15 minutes of runtime data, which can be downloaded to a PC for analysis of air/fuel ratio, O2 sensor readings, engine speed and temperature, RPM, vehicle speed, throttle position, and spark advance. The included Vehicle Communications Interface (VCI) module can record and display service codes for troubleshooting. Smart Tune Live offers a dynamic method for tracking engine data by running the vehicle through various RPM and throttle positions, expediting modifications to Volumetric Efficiency tables (functional on models with factory-installed O2 sensors only). Users can adjust Spark Advance, Throttle progressivity, and Volumetric Efficiency for custom tuning. The package includes the VCI module and unlimited access to the latest software updates and calibrations from Screamin' Eagle. Web-based training guides are available for the mobile/desktop app. The tuner is compatible with ’17-'20 XG, ’14-‘22 XL, ’07-’17 Dyna®, ’07-‘22 Softail and Touring, and ’17-‘22 Trike models. A model-specific Tuner Cable Kit must be purchased separately. This tuner does not fit California models; these require P/N 41001212A. The product comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
