Pro Turbo Kit for Toyota 22RE

The LC Engineering Pro Turbo Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of Toyota 22RE engines found in trucks, 4Runners, and Celicas, suitable for both street and competitive drag racing applications. The kit includes a Garrett T3/T4 Hybrid Turbo, a high-temperature ceramic-coated CNC turbo manifold, and a custom-fit T304 stainless steel downpipe. It also features a Turbosmart adjustable wastegate with a blow-down tube routed to the downpipe for quieter operation, and a stainless steel charge pipe connecting the turbocharger to the throttle body. All pipes are ceramic coated to improve aesthetics and reduce underhood temperatures, and the kit comes complete with silicone couplers, gaskets, fittings, lines, and necessary hardware for installation. Key specifications include a TO4E 50-Trim Turbo with a .63 AR turbine housing and .60 AR compressor side. The included wastegate is a 40mm Turbosmart V-Band model rated at 14psi. The charge pipe is 2 inches in diameter, and the downpipe is 2-1/2 inches. For optimal performance and safety with this high-boost setup, LC Engineering strongly recommends lowering engine compression to 9:1 or less and utilizing recommended supporting parts such as larger injectors, a blow-off valve, a high-flow air filter system, and an intercooler.
