The Tomei Procam 282 camshaft set is engineered for performance enthusiasts looking to maximize the potential of their 4G63 engine in Mitsubishi Evolution IV, V, and VI models (CN9A 1996-1997, CP9A 1998-2000). Featuring a "Lash Type" design, these cams offer a 282-degree duration for both intake and exhaust sides, with a lift of 11.50mm. While these camshafts are compatible with standard lifters, it is crucial to note that a valve train upgrade, specifically upgraded valve springs, is required for installation and optimal performance. Tomei recommends their 4G63 Valve Springs (TA304A-MT01A) for this application. This set includes both the intake camshaft (TA301D-MT01C) and the exhaust camshaft (TA301F-MT01G).
