Procomp 11.3-inch Front Big Brake Kit

The Ksport BKVW240-611CO Procomp Big Brake Kit is a sophisticated bolt-on brake upgrade engineered to significantly enhance stopping power, especially under sustained high-heat conditions. This front big brake kit delivers dramatically improved brake feel, reduced fade, and consistent pad wear over OEM systems. The kit includes a 286mm (11.3 in.) cross-drilled two-piece floating rotor and a 6-piston opposed caliper. The calipers are CNC machined from aerospace-grade aluminum, featuring a differential bore opposed-piston design for consistent pad contact and even wear. Aluminum pistons are used for superior heat resistance, and the calipers are equipped with high-temperature seals and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The two-piece floating rotors reduce rotating and unsprung weight, and their floating design prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc. The cross-drilled rotor style is recommended for street and daily-driven use. Included are D.O.T.-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate hose expansion for a firmer pedal feel, and CNC machined carbon steel caliper brackets for direct bolt-on fitment. The standard SC5 Street Brake Pads feature an NAOC ceramic compound with an operating temperature range of 194°F – 1,022°F and an average coefficient of friction of 0.46 – 0.53. Optional upgrades for caliper finishes and pads are available. All Ksport Big Brake Kits are compatible with OEM ABS systems and come with a 12-month manufacturer's defect warranty.
