Procomp 14-Inch 8-Piston Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide superior stopping power for your vehicle, specifically designed for the 2014-2016 Lexus IS250 Base RWD. This advanced braking system integrates new technology to significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool the brake pad surface during use. The kit includes a lightweight, red ProComp 8-piston caliper, meticulously machined from aircraft-quality billet with differential bore configuration and protection grooves. It features aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates, offering improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. The included stainless steel brake lines prevent hose expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly with 356mm (14-inch) slotted rotors. This design minimizes rotating and unsprung weight, while the floating nature of the disc prevents thermal stress from warping or cupping the braking surface. The unique slot design on the rotor also contributes to reduced braking noise and more efficient expulsion of gas and pad debris. While slotted rotors are recommended for track use, Ksport also offers cross-drilled options for cooler operation on daily drivers.
