The Ksport Procomp Big Brake Kit is engineered to provide enhanced stopping power for your Saab 9-5 (1998-2002). This rear-mounted system boasts a 330mm disc diameter and a robust 4-piston caliper design, significantly improving braking performance over stock. Constructed with an emphasis on performance and durability, the kit features a lightweight, one-piece caliper CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. It incorporates an opposed-piston caliper design for improved pad wear and rigidity, along with aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The stainless-steel brake lines resist expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent pedal feel. The 2-piece disc assembly reduces rotational and unsprung weight, with options for floating discs to manage thermal stress. The rotor design, whether cross-drilled for cooling or slotted for debris expulsion, is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. It is compatible with 17-inch wheels and larger. The calipers come standard in orange, with other standard colors and over 20,000 custom color options available.
